Courtney's test went well today, so he was able to come home! I don't know who was more excited, he or Max! Now for a good nights rest in his own bed and some non-hospital food. There will be periodic updates on how he is doing, so continue to check back! Thanks for all your prayers, comments, and kind words as Courtney traveled through another phase in his treatment.

Courtney Hanson was diagnosed with advanced colorectal cancer in 2008. It had spread from the colon to the liver and lungs. We have come a long way in that time, getting mixed news of good and bad. We have struggled as a family to come to grips with his diagnosis. He has fought through it all, completing several rounds of chemo with multiple different medications. Courtney is receiving top notch treatment at Houston's MD Anderson. With treatment, Courtney's tumors have shrunk at an alarming rate. This is his progress...
